Return Policy

For online purchases:

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons, i.e. to return the product(s). This applies to all items, except those purchased in our outlet. We do not accept returns of outlet items.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days since your purchase.

IMPORTANT:- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Only if we receive the item in these conditions, we will refund or exchange it. Note that direct shipping costs of your return will not be paid by Rough Riders.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum amount of days. We do not refund the shipping costs.

For all purchases in our physical store:

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 7 calendar days without giving reasons, i.e. to return the product or products. This applies to all items, except those purchased at a discount. If the Customer revokes the agreement, Rough Riders will refund the Customer in the form of a store credit voucher. This voucher lasts up to 6 months.
