The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons, i.e. to return the product or products. This applies to all items, except those purchased in our outlet. We do not accept returns of outlet items.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days since your purchase.

IMPORTANT:- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Only if we receive the item in these conditions, we will refund or exchange it. Note that direct shipping costs of your return will not be paid by Rough Riders.

Please add a small note mentioning your order number, address and if you wish a refund or exchange of your purchase. If you wish to exchange your item for another item or size, please mention the item or size that you wish to receive in return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum amount of days. We do not refund the shipping costs.
